Objective: to report a case of pharmacodermy treated at Clemente de Faria Hospital, and to discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic methods employed. Method: a descriptive observational case-report study, carried out through analysis of health records. Discussion: the distribution of bullous lesions on the back of the neck, upper trunk and hands, in addition to intense eosinophilia, accompanied by increased C-reactive protein and liver enzymes, made the patient's condition similar to Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome / Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms Syndrome (DIHS/DRESS). Final considerations: pharmacodermy are rare and potentially fatal. Case reports allow the construction of clinical reasoning that, associated with laboratory parameters, improve the quality of care and allow early identification of reactions.
