A autopercepção do estado de saúde e sua relação com fatores socioeconômicas e de risco em hipertensos na atenção básica

Resumo

Objetivo: verificar a relação da autopercepção do estado de saúde de um grupo de hipertensos com variáveis socioeconômicas e de risco. Metodologia: trata-se de um estudo de campo observacional, transversal analítico de abordagem quantitativa. Realizado em uma unidade básica de saúde do município de Janaúba, incluindo 35 hipertensos de ambos os sexos 11 (31,4%) do sexo masculino e 24 (68,6%) do sexo feminino com idade superior a 40 anos, os dados foram coletados com consulta aos prontuários, questionário e entrevista semiestruturada e a associação entre as variáveis foi realizada por meio do Teste Exato de Fisher. Resultados: os resultados indicaram uma incidência maior da autopercepção negativa do estado de saúde nesta população de hipertensos em relação à população geral, apenas a relação com o diabetes e a escolaridade apresentaram significância estatística, todavia, considerando a subjetividade dessa autoavaliação, a ausência de significância é um achado importante. Conclusão: a autoavaliação do estado de saúde capta, além da exposição a doenças, o impacto que estas geram no bem-estar físico, mental e social dos indivíduos. A sua utilização para orientar a prática requer a adoção de uma visão holística do paciente que o perceba em sua totalidade dada a complexidade deste indicador. Os dados encontrados reforçam essa complexidade a medida que expõe a subjetividade de cada sujeito, oportunizando um olhar para além dos indicadores brutos, mas voltados para a reação dos indivíduos com estas variáveis.
