CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM PARA PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICOS NEUTROPÊNICOS: SCOPING REVIEW

Objetivo: Identificar os cuidados de enfermagem relativos aos fatores de risco para neutropenia febril; à prevenção de infecção e sepse neutropênica; aos protocolos para uso de fatores estimuladores de colônias e de introdução de antibioticoterapia para pacientes oncológicos neutropênicos.Método: Scoping review, conforme Joanna Briggs Institute e o PRISMA-ScR. Realizou-se pesquisa nas bases de dados eletrônicas estabelecidas. A coleta de dados ocorreu de outubro/2018 a junho/2019. Os dados extraídos foram analisados e sintetizados de forma narrativa. Resultados: Recuperou-se um total de 7.884 registros e mantidos 27 estudos. Os principais cuidados de enfermagem encontrados foram: precauções padrões, avaliação dos fatores de risco para neutropenia febril; educação sobre autocuidado, educação permanente; uso do Telenursing; consulta ambulatorial periódica. Conclusão: Destacou-se que os enfermeiros necessitam avaliar periodicamente os fatores de risco e grau da neutropenia febril, elaborar protocolos de cuidados, oferecer aos pacientes uma educação tangível e ter ferramentas para minimizar atrasos no atendimento.
