UMA DISCUSSÃO A RESPEITO DA ROTA MARÍTIMA DA SEDA NO SÉCULO XXI: UMA ESTRATÉGIA ESTENDIDA À AMÉRICA LATINA
Resumo
Resumo: A América Latina supostamente é um importante polo da “Rota Marítima da Seda”. A partir das perspectivas históricas e das bases reais, existem importantes estratégias globais, regionais e chinesas em estender a Rota Marítima da Seda no século XXI para a América Latina. Embora a estratégia venha a encontrar vários obstáculos, a China deverá promover através do fortalecimento da cooperação tripartite, celebrando desta forma o acordo de livre comércio multilateral, aumentando a cooperação em construção de infraestrutura e ampliando o intercâmbio de pessoas, entre outras medidas.
